
 Elder Charles E. Clark Sr., Co-Pastor of the Mother Church & Annex 1Elder Charles E. Clark Sr. was born in Lake Village, Arkansas and moved to Montgomery, Alabama and joined New Life COGIC in 2003. In 1978, Elder Clark was called into the ministry and preached his first sermon on August 7, 1978. Since that time, Elder Clark has served in numerous institutional and ministerial capacities, including: Pastor (15 years); Conference Superintendent (7 years); Assistant Dean of Institute; Ministerial Board of Examiners; and teacher of Sunday School and Bible Study.
On April 29, 2007, Elder Clark was appointed as Co-Pastor of the Mother Church and Annex 1 by Senior Pastor and Harvest District Superintendent Terry Ellison. Elder Clark is married to the beautiful Evangelist Sharon-Adams Clark who is a faithful, devoted, and dedicated wife, supporter, Christian, and church worker. Elder Clark often calls her his "guardian angel". In addition to serving as Co-Pastor of the Mother Church and Annex 1, Elder Clark is the Coordinator of the EMTS (Equipping Ministers to Serve) Ministry, a mentoring program designed to equip and prepare licensed ministers for ordination. He also serves with Evangelist Clark as Coordinators of BALM Ministry (Building A Lasting Marriage Ministry).
Elder Clark has traveled extensively and has worked in a myriad of social justice venues. He has a bachelor's degree in Ministry and Labor Studies and a mastor's degree in Theology and Human Resources Management. Over the last 26 years, Elder Clark has been known by his colleagues, co-workers, friends, and family as "the supernatural preacher", for his frequent and consistent use of the word "supernatural".  Elder Theodore Williams, Co-Pastor of Annex 2Elder Theodore Williams was born in Detroit Michigan to Mr. Howard and the late Evelyn Williams. After the death of his mother, he relocated to Hayneville, Al with his oldest sister. There, he graduated from Central High School.
Elder Williams served his country in the U.S. Navy in San Diego, CA. During that time in his life, he received and accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior. Elder Williams began his ministry at New Life COGIC in 1997 and was ordained as an Elder in 1999.
He is currently employed by the city of Montgomery. Elder Williams has been married for eleven years to his lovely wife, Lillian and they have two beautiful children; Joshua and Christopher.

 Elder Kylle McKinney, Co-Pastor of Annex 3Kylle D. McKinney was born September 21, 1969 in San Francisco, CA. He later moved to Vallejo, CA at the age of nine. It was there that he gave his life to the Lord at the age of 11 in Septmeber 1981 at the Center of Faith COGIC under the pastorate of Norwood G. Reason. He later received the baptism of the Holy Spirit on April 9th, 1984 during an all night shut in at the church.
At the age of 15, Kylle obeyed God and would pass out tracts and do street witnessing on the drug and gang infested streets of South Vallejo. In August of 1987 he moved to Montgomery, AL on a presidential scholarship to attend Alabama State University where he subsequently earned his bachelor of arts degree in Broadcast Journalism in May 1991. In October 1987, Kylle joined himself with the Gospel Tabernacle COGIC under the pastorate of Clifford M. Terrell. It was there that he received and accepted his call into ministry.
On December 3, 1989, Elder McKinney preached his initial sermon entitled, "Where do you stand, Who's on the Lord Side". At this church he was very active, serving as choir director of the adult choir, organizer and director of the college and team choir, college ministry pastor and subsequently youth pastor for the church. Elder McKinney was also actively involved in the college ministry on the campus of ASU. Elder McKinney was ordained as an elder in the Church of God in Christ in April 1993. In March 1998, he joined himself with New Life COGIC. He became one of the 15 volunteers to commit to Annex 3 when it opened in May 1998. He was later appointed Co-pastor of the location in September 1998. Co-Pastor McKinney serves on the Advisory Board of the New Life Radio Station WXVI.
He does voice over for various events and commercials for the station as well as for the New Life Radio broadcast featuring Pastor Terry Ellison. In December 2002 Elder McKinney was appointed Dean of New Life Theological Institute where he also serves as one of the instructors. Elder McKinney works for the US Government as a Public Affairs Specialist with the Social Security Administration. Kylle McKinney is the son of Billy McKinney and Geraldyne Deberry. He has three younger brothers; Kamarlo, Keyam, and Kaine-all residing on California.

 Elder James H. Childrey, Co-Pastor of Annex 4Elder James H. Childrey is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. After retiring from the United States Air Force, he relocated to Montgomery in 1991. Elder Childrey is a man of integrity, dedication, accountability and has a true heart for souls. He has served as the Director of New Life Follow-up Ministry since 2001 and was appointed Co-Pastor of Annex 4 on April 29, 2007. He is known for his godly humor, passion and energetic approach to ministry.
He Holds a masters degree from Troy State University Montgomery in Human Resource Management. He is a certified marriage enrichment facilitator and a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors. Elder Childrey is currently employed by the Retirement Systems of Alabama as a retirement benefits analyst. He has been married to his lovely wife Mamie for 39 years. They have 3 children: James, Belinda and Derrick.

 Elder Eric Lee, Co-Pastor of Annex 5Elder Eric Lee is a young man that has been anointed by God to bring people into the reality of God's presence by expressing God's heart through miracles, signs, and wonders. His heart's desire is to see the Body of Christ become fully functional, manifesting the supernatural aspects of the Kingdom of God in their everyday lives.
He has served as the Youth Director of New Life COGIC since March of 2002 and in April of 2004 he was chosen to be the Co-Pastor of Annex 5. Prior to coming to New Life COGIC, he served as Director of Campus Ministries at Bibleway COGIC in Huntsville, AL; Youth Pastor of Harris Temple COGIC in Elba, AL; and Personal Adjutant to Bishop O.L. Meadows at Emmanuel Temple COGIC in Birmingham, AL.
He currently resides in Montgomery, AL with his beautiful wife Tamekia and their two children Nyla and Eric.
